Refund policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- To request a return, email contact@truvva.in within 7 days of delivery, including order details and product images.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund methods:
- Prepaid orders → Credited to the original payment method
- .COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed nutrition products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Returns are not applicable on items purchased during sales, promotions, or with free giveaways.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, kindly refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
- In case a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
- Truvva reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
